Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-demand periods (e.g. sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address for delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at jrasiyani@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to assist you with locating the shipment through the carrier.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please double-check your shipping details before placing the order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the package.
